Betandyou (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is a licensed international online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of using the platform.

By registering, logging in, or using any service on Betandyou, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

These Terms are published in Bengali for convenience, but the legally binding document is in English. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the English version shall prevail.

To use betandyou's services, you need to create an account. Please keep the following in mind when registering:

• Single Account: Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false or incorrect information will result in account closure.
• Password Protection: Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Sharing your password with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for security and fraud prevention purposes. You may be required to submit a national ID card or passport.
• Information Updates: Any changes to your personal information must be reported to the platform promptly.

After registration, betandyou reserves the right to verify any account information. Refusing to provide the required documents for verification may result in a temporary account suspension.

To register and use an account at Betandyou, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online betting must not be legally prohibited in the country or region where you reside.
• You must register on your own behalf — opening an account for someone else is strictly prohibited.
• Participation must be voluntary and in a sound state of mind.

Betandyou may request documents for age verification from time to time. This is a legal requirement, and all members must cooperate with the process.

Before making a deposit at Betandyou, please review the following rules:

• Payment Methods: Deposits are currently accepted via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. Funds sent through other methods may not be credited.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method. Applicable amounts can be found in the Cashier section.
• Payment from Your Own Account: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Currency: All transactions will be conducted in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) or the equivalent in cryptocurrency.

The following rules apply to withdrawals from Betandyou:

• KYC Verification is mandatory: Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed without it.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies. Requests below this threshold will not be accepted.
• Withdrawal via Same Method: Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit — for example, if you deposited via Mobile Pay, your withdrawal must also go to Mobile Pay.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours. If verification is still in progress, it may take 3–5 business days.
• Bonus Wagering: The applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal Cancellation: A withdrawal request can be cancelled after submission, as long as processing has not yet begun. Once processing starts, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Betandyou offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed:

• Welcome Bonus: The Welcome Bonus on the first deposit is available to new members only, and each person is eligible once.
• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (e.g., 30x, 40x). Once you have wagered the bonus amount by the specified multiplier, you will be eligible to withdraw.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus must be used within a specified validity period. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or any other dishonest means will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses cannot be used on certain games. Each bonus's detailed terms will include a list of eligible games.

The following fundamental rules apply to all betting on Betandyou:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except where a cash out option is available.
• Odds Changes: The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply. Any subsequent changes to odds will not affect bets that have already been placed.
• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the associated bet is typically voided and the stake is refunded.
• Maximum Bet Limit: A maximum bet limit applies to each market and event. These limits are subject to change.
• Technical Issues: Betandyou reserves the right to void any abnormal transactions resulting from server errors or technical faults.

Odds in live betting change in real time. In some cases, bet acceptance may be delayed. If the odds change during that time, the bet will either be accepted at the updated odds or cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betandyou and will result in account closure:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Registering with a fake identity or using someone else's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts for betting or gaming.
• Misuse of the bonus system — including bonus hunting or coordinated betting patterns.
• Intentionally exploiting any error or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities against the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering.

Betandyou may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violating the Terms and Conditions.
• When required KYC documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• When a member requests to close their own account.
• To protect the member's interests under the Responsible Betting protocol.

Members may also request account closure at any time. If a valid balance exists, the account will be closed after the withdrawal process is completed.

Betandyou treats the protection of members' personal data as a top priority. Under our Privacy Policy:

• Information collected at registration is used solely for service delivery and security purposes.
• Your information is never sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.
• All data is secured using SSL encryption technology.
• Members may request to view or delete their personal data at any time.

Betandyou believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income. That's why we actively promote responsible betting:

• Deposit Limit: Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: You can set an automatic betting limit so that betting stops once you have lost a specified amount.
• Self-Exclusion: You can take a break from the platform for any period of time.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders can be set up to be sent at regular intervals.

If you have a complaint or dispute, please follow the process below:

• An initial response will be provided within 72 hours of receiving your complaint.
• Complex matters are typically resolved within 7–14 business days.
• If the matter is not resolved through support, it will be referred to a neutral third-party arbitration process.
• In all disputes, the rules of betandyou's licensing authority shall be considered final.

Disputes regarding betting outcomes will be reviewed using server logs and game records, which shall serve as the definitive evidence.
